What Personal data do we hold, and why do we hold it?

We keep a record of the type of data we hold. We hold two types of data: 1. Information that you give to us, e.g. your name and email address and 2. Information derived from the online learning activity that you have undertaken e.g. the date and times you accessed the learning and the answers you gave to quizzes etc. We record this data so that we can give you credits for your learning achievements. We keep this data for only as long as is necessary for the purpose of your learning. We never share your data.

We only collect the personal data we need for the express purpose of the educational experience for which you have enrolled.

For how long do we hold on to your personal date?

We keep this data for only as long as is necessary for the purpose of your learning. We delete all electronic data once you have notified us that you have ended your learning experience with us.

All personal data is stored either on a password protected computer or on password protected third-party learning systems.

Keeping up to date with data protection responsibilities

The directors of Dr Dance Presents Ltd. have received training in their data protection responsibilities. All new staff are trained in their data protection responsibilities as part of their induction.
