    Move-Assure Coach Training Course

    The Move-Assure Coach Training Course, which is led by Lindsey Lovatt, takes 4 weeks to complete and includes two live 2-hour zoom sessions, 8 hours of individual Move-Assure Reflective Dance Practice, completion of Movement in Practice Stage 1 Facilitator Training and completion of the Move-Assure Reflective Dance Practice Log.

    Once trained you will be registered as a Move-Assure Coach and will be eligible to use the Move-Assure Coach membership.

    Move-Assure Dance for Mental Wellbeing

    The Move-Assure Dance for Mental Wellbeing Programme, created and presented by Dame Darcey Bussell and Dr Peter Lovatt, consists of 60 dance sessions (each about 20 minutes long), 20 weekly wellbeing tips, a mental wellbeing quiz and some nuggets of science. We recommend that you dance with us three times a week for 20 weeks.
