    Move-Assure Dance for Mental Wellbeing

    The Move-Assure Dance for Mental Wellbeing Programme, created and presented by Dame Darcey Bussell and Dr Peter Lovatt, consists of 60 dance sessions (each about 20 minutes long), 20 weekly wellbeing tips, a mental wellbeing quiz and some nuggets of science. We recommend that you dance with us three times a week for 20 weeks.

    Move-Assure Mental Wellbeing Coach Training Course

    The Move-Assure Mental Wellbeing Coach Training Course, which is led by Lindsey Lovatt,  includes two live 2-hour zoom lectures, 8 hours of individual Move-Assure Reflective Dance Practice, completion of the Introduction to Movement in Practice online course,  and completion of two assessments the Move-Assure Reflective Dance Practice Log and leading a Move-Assure Mental Wellbeing Coach Session. 

    A Move-Assure Mental Wellbeing Coach Training Resource Manual will be sent to trainee's prior to commencement of the course and will be available online.

    Once trained you will be registered as a Move-Assure Mental Wellbeing Coach.
