Welcome
Movement in Practice is the use of movement and dance to enhance people’s lives and wellbeing – in business, education, health and social care settings.
Movement in Practice has two branches – one for education, and another for application.
The Movement in Practice Education branch provides training in the psychology of movement to enhance people’s relationships, creativity, health and wellbeing.
The Movement in Practice Application branch creates movement and psychology-based solutions to real-world issues.

Movement in Practice can be used anywhere.

Movement in Practice has been used successfully in business, education, dance, health and social care settings.

Lindsey Lovatt and Dr Peter Lovatt are experts in the psychology of meaningful movement – and its application in the real world.

Through the Movement in Practice Academy, Lindsey and Peter lead Movement in Practice Training Programmes – online, face-to-face and blended.

Successful completion of the Movement in Practice training programme leads to qualified Movement in Practice Facilitator status.

Qualified Movement in Practice Facilitators are listed on the Register of Movement in Practice Facilitators.
